Record Business Transactions in One Workspace
Budgetku is built for small businesses such as shops, service providers, and home businesses that want tidy records without first learning journals, debits, and credits. Create a dedicated business workspace so business data stays separate from your personal finances; having more than one workspace requires the Pro or Business plan. Inside it, record sales, supplies, operating costs, and transfers between business accounts.
Monitor Cash Flow and Business Reports
At the end of the month, for example, open the profit and loss report to see total income and expenses for the period, then check the spending-by-category breakdown to find your largest costs. The cash flow report shows money in and out by day, week, or month, and reports stay separate per currency so the figures are never mixed. From the Pro plan, transactions and reports can be exported to CSV.
Create Invoices for Business Customers
Create invoices, keep customer records, and track partial payments in Budgetku. VAT (PPN) is calculated per invoice line. When you record a payment into one of your accounts, Budgetku creates the matching income transaction, so your cash flow stays up to date. The Free plan includes 1 invoice and 1 customer, Pro includes 3 of each, and Business is unlimited; recurring invoices and invoice branding are on the Business plan.
Work Together as a Team
On paid plans, you can invite team members by email. Pro holds up to 3 members and Business up to 10, including you as the Owner, and pending invitations count towards the limit. Members can read and write, Viewers can only read, and Admins can also invite others. Owners and Admins can review an audit log of important activity in the workspace.

Which plan suits a small business?
The Free plan lets you start recording business transactions and try 1 invoice for 1 customer. Pro raises that to 3 invoices and 3 customers, and adds up to 3 team members (including the Owner), CSV export, and invoices without the watermark. Business gives you unlimited invoices and customers, recurring invoices, your logo, signature, and stamp on invoices, and up to 10 team members.
Does one plan cover all my workspaces?
No. Each workspace has its own plan, and a new workspace always starts on Free. To create more than one workspace, at least one of your workspaces needs a Pro or Business plan.
Can my staff help manage the records?
Yes, on a paid plan. Invite them by email and choose a role: Member (read and write), Viewer (read only), or Admin (can also invite others). Pro includes up to 3 team members and Business up to 10, including you as the Owner.
How is my business data protected?
Each workspace is isolated at the database level with Postgres Row-Level Security, not only in application code, so one workspace's data can't be read from another. Owners and Admins can also review an audit log of important activity in the workspace.
