What Budgetku is

Budgetku is a web-based software service you use in a browser. You record income and spending across accounts — cash, bank, e-wallet, credit card — and see them as monthly budgets, cashflow reports, and profit & loss. If you sell, invoices come with VAT calculated the way e-Faktur expects.

Who it is for

We built Budgetku for the two groups usually stuck in the middle: individuals for whom a spreadsheet is too much work, and small business owners for whom accounting software is too heavy. Both want tidy numbers without first learning journals and double-entry bookkeeping.

What works today

Everything listed below already works in the app:

• Many accounts in one view — cash, bank, e-wallet, credit card — with transfers recorded on both sides.
• Income and expense categories, with a monthly budget per category.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow reports; profit & loss per period; and per-category breakdowns.
• Invoices with VAT calculated per line, partial payments, and a status that flips automatically once settled.
• Multi-currency with IDR as the default, and no mixing of currencies inside a single report.
• More than one workspace under one account from the Pro plan (Free includes 1 workspace), plus team members on paid plans.
• CSV export from the Pro plan up, and a full download of your account data on every plan including Free.

How we treat your data

Every workspace is isolated at the database level using Postgres Row-Level Security, not just in application logic — so one workspace's data cannot be read from another even if the code gets something wrong. You can download a full copy of your account data at any time from the profile menu (top right) → Account, without asking us. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

How we make money

Our revenue comes entirely from subscriptions, never from selling user data. The Free plan is free forever for basic needs. Pro at Rp 59,000 per month and Business at Rp 159,000 per month are billed monthly in advance, can be cancelled at any time, and every price is shown in Rupiah. Payments are handled by our payment provider; cancellation terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Who runs it

Budgetku is a product of PT Buana Digital Nusantara and is operated from Riau, Indonesia. Questions are handled by the team working directly on the product.
